Our Small print

We do not have cot facilities, you are welcome to bring your own travel cot.

When local events are held in the village, High season rates apply. Please check at the time of booking if you require further information.

Over bank holiday and event weekends, we have a minimum stay of two nights.

If our guests choose to ignore our non smoking policy, a daily charge of £100 per room for a deep clean is added to your bill.

Please note that your booking will need to be secured by a deposit, equivalent to one night’s accommodation per room booked. This deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation. The cleared funds need to be received within seven days of your booking to secure the reservation. If no deposit is received, then the booking will be cancelled.

We can only accept payment by card which is registered in the name and address of the person making the telephone booking.

Please note, for customers paying by card, that due to increased banking charges to small business to we have to charge a fee of £2.50 per bill if the bill amount is less than £100. If the total exceeds this amount, the £2.50 charge is waived.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance, unforeseen incidents can ruin your holiday and seriously damage your bank balance.

Guests are responsible for the keys to their room and premises. If keys are lost or damaged, there is a fee of £75 towards lock replacement and new keys.

Check in time is after 4.30pm unless agreed by prior arrangement. There is an early check in fee of £10 per room.

Check out time is 10.30am unless agreed by prior arrangement. There is a late check out fee of £20 per room. Late check out is 12 noon.
